All 'In Stock' items are usually despatched within 24 hours and orders placed before 3pm are despatched the same day. In the unlikely event that they are temporarily unavailable, every effort is made to get the product sourced. In any event, we do not charge your credit card until the date your order is despatched out to you.
You warrant that the information given on your order form is complete and accurate. Losses caused as a direct result of inaccurate information provided (e.g. inaccurate address) remain your responsibility and risk. Please complete orders carefully!
When you have completed the order, your details will be confirmed as part of the payment process prior to despatch. This confirmation will state what the products are, the cost (including VAT and any P&P) and delivery and invoice details. If your order has been unsuccessful, you will be made aware of the reason why and possible explanations.
