All our codes are sent via digital delivery.
If you do not have your code within 5 minutes, log into your account to view order status.
Complete - means the code has been sent, and should be in your inbox or junk folder. if it is not there, log into your account, view orders and re-send the code.
Order Under Review - a Member of staff needs to manually check your order and/or payment.
Awaiting payment - this either means you haven't paid for the order, or your payment has gone to fraud review, you will receive and email to let you know if it has been accepted or declined. PLEASE NOTE: if we decline your payment, we will mark it as cancelled, and the funds leave us the same day, it is then up to your bank to re-deposit the funds into your account.
Cancelled- The payment has already been to fraud review (as stated above) and has been declined.
